What’s your return policy? We offer refunds to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at diane@craftingfamilykc.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
No refunds or exchanges for personalized/custom orders. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Damaged/Defective items Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. Send an email with pictures and description to diane@craftingfamilykc.com so we can process it correctly. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
For packages lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly so they may assist in tracking your package. If the carrier has deemed it lost, please send an email to diane@craftingfamilykc.com so we can assist you further. We will ask for copies of communication between you and the carrier to best assist.
