Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions
Subscription memberships are billed the same day each month that you originally subscribed and are shipped the 1st of the following month (Holidays and Sundays excluded).
Buy purchasing a subscription box you agree to an initial and recurring monthly fee that remains the same each month until you cancel or change to a different pricing tier.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please log into your account and cancel before the 15th of the month. We are curating boxes especially for YOU so no refunds are offered if cancelled after that date.
If anything in your box arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt for a replacement. Our items are handcrafted and each shirt will be different. If you do not care for the shirt design, please let me know so I can be mindful of it for future boxes. This is NOT considered damaged goods.
There will be care cards included with each shirt, sweatshirt, tumbler and any other product that could require washing. Failure to follow the care instructions on your part is also NOT considered damaged goods. IF you have followed all instructions and still have a problem, please contact me. We are only able to craft products as good as our supplier sends us. It may be a faulty product. Decisions on this are handled by The Crafting Family KC and are final, however we always want to make sure that the customer is taken care of.
